Spaghetti cooked 2 eggs beaten 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley 2 Tbsp. butter melted 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 lbs. italian sausage 1 6oz can of tomato paste 1 cup of water 4-6 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese Directions: Blend cooled cooked spaghetti, eggs, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Put into greased pie plate or other baking dish. Melt butter in pan and saute onion. Cool slightly and add in sour cream. Put onion mixture on top of spaghetti. Cook sausage and add tomato paste and water. simmer for 10 minutes. Put sausage mixture on top of sour cream. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Put mozzarella on top of pie and bake for additional 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
